7. Spinach and Other Greens
Greens such as spinach, Brussels sprouts and broccoli are not only rich in fibre but also excellent sources of vitamin C, vitamin K and folate.
Broccoli contains 3.6 grams of fibre in just one stalk (about 150 grams). This is equivalent to 16% of your recommended daily fibre intake. It can be cooked and added into soups and stews, as well as eaten raw in salads or as a snack.
