5. Lowers Cholesterol and Improves Heart Health

Several of these “risk factors” can be improved by vinegar consumption, but many of the studies were done in animals.

There are also some studies showing that vinegar reduces blood pressure in rats, which is a significant risk factor for heart disease and kidney problems.
